Piano Quartet, Op. 47, by Robert Schumann:
Performed by the Juilliard Quartet with Glenn Gould at the piano. The contrast between the brooding, somewhat affected opening and the following allegro ma non troppo is wonderfully done.

Some chamber music to close out the week – Brahms Piano Quartet no. 1, Op. 25:

Performed here by a rather all-star cast of Emanuel Ax (piano), Isaac Stern and Jaime Laredo (violin) and Yo-Yo Ma (cello).
String Quartet in G Minor, 3rd movement – Andantino, doucement expressif – by Claude Debussy, performed here by the Emerson Quartet.
Despite having to study this piece for A-level music exams over a decade ago, I still very much enjoy hearing it. The CD recording by the Belcea quartet is also particularly good.
