I don’t think Cameron is remotely Socialist. What you are highlighting is the fact that UK is a mixed economy with an established involvement by the State in areas that are privatised (or more privatised) in the US. So Bernie operates in an environment which is far more neo-liberal than Dave. It’s our norms v their norms and our more statist mix.
I’m pointing out areas of Britain’s Post-War Consensus, socialist heritage which Cameron either raves about (the NHS) or tacitly allows to continue. The text of the infographic makes it a little clearer that I am also talking about statist, authoritarian tendencies and not just socialism per se.
